Mission Anti-Jiggle Day Six

Missed updating about day four and five, but honestly, not much to say.

I’ve been eating two bowls of Special K a day, and one regular meal. I’ve been making sure my meals are to the serving recommendations on the nutrition information of the foods I am eating and have been keeping my calories way down. Also, got a walk in one day this week, but unfortunately it has rained every other day!

And, I’m completely guilty today, which was a birthday party for my brother and father. I have a decent sized piece of homemade chocolate cake, with homemade white icing (also had a healthy “testing” serving while the icing was being made) and a few glasses of soda, as well as roast beef and broccolo & cheese. Oye!

Rest of the night it’s water for me!

Good news is I weighed myself first thing there and I have lost 4 pounds! Well, about. I’m not exactly sure what I last weight was, as two weeks ago when I weighed in I weighed between 164/168 (scale kept telling me different things). But today I weighed in at 161! So I lost between 4-7 pounds! That’s good, but I prolly gained a bunch today. Back on track tommorrow.
