Mission Anti-Jiggle: Day 11

Note to self: Make sure if you exercise mid-day you don’t wipe out all your energy when yo have tons of work left to do!

Was very bad yesterday. Had a donut and a Pepsi! I don’t know why, but I felt terrible after doing so. I didn’t really want or need it. This whole week has been hard as David has been on vacation, so when he cooks I can’t help it!

Today I have been good. My bowl of cereal, a small piece of cheddar and a glass of chocolatem ilk (which I have only take a few sips of because it tastes nasty!).

I rode my bike around the block about a bazillion times, really fast and hard at first on the hardest gear (3 and 7), and than about 3/4ths through when down from gear 7 to 6. It was fun. I got to use my poor neglected iPod, and just enjoy the ride. I wish to do it everyday, and I’m promising myself after this batch of projects is finished to loosen up a bit and focus on my own stuff for a few weeks.

I wish I could lose 10 pounds by next Saturday (24th), but that is impossible. We have a wedding that day and I want to look super-super good :)
